Mechanic Help Needed

I have a Cannondale e440 that is street legal. Problem is it now decided not to run. I want to hire someone to fix it. Does anyone know of any mechanics in or around Philadelphia Pennsylvania that can work on this bike?

what are the symtoms? does it turn over? does it have good fuel? what did you do prior to the problem?
